(a)[source]¶ Transforms given Cartesian coordinates array \(xy\) to Polar coordinates array \(\rho\phi\) (radial coordinate, angular coordinate).
Parameters: a (array_like) – Cartesian coordinates array \(xy\) to transform. Returns: Polar coordinates array \(\rho\phi\). Return type: ndarray References
