Define the reference CMCCAT2000 chromatic adaptation model viewing conditions.
The viewing conditions include three standard surround conditions with their corresponding induction factors:
Average: Induction factor of 1.0
Dim: Induction factor of 0.8
Dark: Induction factor of 0.8
These values represent the standard viewing conditions used in the CMCCAT2000 chromatic adaptation transform.
