Define the :math:`LLAB(l:c)` colour appearance model induction factors.

Parameters:

• F_S (float) – Surround induction factor \(F_S\).

• F_L (float) – Lightness induction factor \(F_L\).

• F_C (float) – Chroma induction factor \(F_C\).
